I’m happy to be part of the group and being able to have frank, to the point exchanges with obviously passionate coaches from around the country (and world).

I love it! I find myself checking back numerous times a day to see if anything new has been posted by the group. I love reading the valuable information posted by anyone. I love the diverse backgrounds that we all come from, as well as, the varying levels of the teams and ages we coach. This allows us to get such a variety of information for us to think about and use. I love that you didn’t limit the group members to the US because I like to hear about our friends from the Netherlands and Malaysia. I also like that some of us haven’t been shy about asking questions to get responses from the group because a lot of what I wanted to know people have asked.

I actually like it better than I thought I would. I have been in groups like this before and the moderator of the group was constantly trying to sell us something. I have been pleased to find that I have not been bombarded by affiliates from every corner. This is a great group who’s only interest seems to be becoming a better coach so they can improve their girls.

While their is a lot of information on here to digest that is one of the positives for me. I actually go from here to fastpitch world to yahoo answers and kinda of feel let down if there is not a new post to read on one of them. When I get through with running business as usual all day it is nice to get on here and loose myself in my true passion.

I LOVE THIS IDEA! This is the best idea, and the most rewarding coaching experience I have had from a professional point of view (clinics, etc) in a long time. I go to lots of clinics with hundreds of other coaches in the off-season, but I always leave with more questions than I went with. Or, I feel like I have been talked down to. But this group is awesome! We can ask anything, and there is a genuine respect between everyone and no one yells at me when I run off on a tangent or vent about my head coach. I LOVE IT!!!

I think its a great thing to be part of because we can tap other minds that are going through the same thing as we are in other parts of the country and all the new ideas are great.
