Bill Hillhouse Returning to Hawaii
I know a lot of people have been asking...YES, Bill is coming back to do another clinic here in Hawaii in September 2008. Keep September 20th or 21st open. We'll have clinic sessions available on both days.
SPACES ARE LIMITED! Only 10-12 pitchers will be allowed per session. Small group sessions will be available on the following Saturday (27th). Coaches, parents, and pitchers not participating (just watching) are FREE. Pitcher who want to participate in the clinic are $35 and must bring their own catcher.
Additional information, including times and location, will be posted as we get closer to the clinic date. Feel free to e-mail us at any time if you have questions.
Hawaii Amatuer Softball Association (ASA)
2008 will be the first time the Hawaii ASA season will run at the same time as the high school season. It's going to be crazy and full of learning opportunities for everyone, and, of course, it's going to be a lot of fun. For more information on the ASA league in Hawaii, visit www.asahawaii.com. Because of the change in the timing of the high school sports seasons, there is a SHORTAGE of UMPIRES! Umpires are in high demand right now because not only is ASA and high school at the same time, but now high school softball and baseball are also running at the same time as well. Many of the umpires here umpire both baseball and softball. IF YOU CAN HELP in any way (or if you're interested in learning to become an umpire) please contact Hawaii ASA.
