The whole Flex/DP thing can be extremely confusing!!! As a coach, it pays to understand it. Very helpful, I have coached for the past 10 years, and have finally broken into the high school coaching ranks, so the DP/Flex roles help tremendously. I played with it a bit last year, but never truly got how it all related until just now….thanks for the help, now lets just hope the Umps understand how it all works!!
lol – yes, the umps are another story! So far I haven’t had a problem though.
